Who's Playing

No. 6 Baylor @ Arizona State

Current Records: Baylor 4-0; Arizona State 2-3

What to Know

The #6 Baylor Bears will square off against the Arizona State Sun Devils at 7:30 p.m. ET Wednesday at Imperial Arena at Atlantis Resort. Baylor should still be riding high after a victory, while ASU will be looking to right the ship.

The Bears took their game at home this past Saturday with ease, bagging an 86-48 win over the Stanford Cardinal. Baylor got double-digit scores from four players: guard LJ Cryer (21), guard Kendall Brown (15), guard James Akinjo (11), and forward Jeremy Sochan (11).

Meanwhile, it was close but no cigar for ASU as they fell 65-63 to the San Diego State Aztecs last week. ASU's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of forward Kimani Lawrence, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 12 boards, and guard Marreon Jackson, who had 16 points and seven assists in addition to seven rebounds.

Baylor is the favorite in this one, with an expected 12-point margin of victory. They might be worth taking a chance on against the spread as they are currently on a three-game streak of ATS wins.

Arizona State's loss took them down to 2-3 while Baylor's win pulled them up to 4-0. LJ Cryer will be someone to keep an eye on after he shot 5-for-9 from downtown and finished with 21 points this past Saturday. Let's see if he can build on that strong performance or if Arizona State's defense can bottle him up.
