South Dakota State @ Missouri State
Current Records: South Dakota State 9-3; Missouri State 6-4
What to Know
The Missouri State Bears' homestand continues as they prepare to take on the South Dakota State Jackrabbits at 7 p.m. ET Dec. 15 at JQH Arena. Both teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous games.
The Oral Roberts Golden Eagles typically have all the answers at home, but this past Saturday MSU proved too difficult a challenge. The Bears took their game against the Golden Eagles 69-60. MSU's guard Isiaih Mosley looked sharp as he had 25 points in addition to eight rebounds.
Meanwhile, South Dakota State skirted by the Washington State Cougars 77-74 this past Saturday thanks to a clutch half-court bomb from guard Baylor Scheierman with 0:01 remaining. South Dakota State's guard Zeke Mayo was one of the most active players for the team, picking up 17 points along with seven boards.
MSU is expected to win this handily, but they should have beaten the Southeast Missouri State Redhawks Nov. 9 easily too and instead slipped up with a 99-94. In other words, don't count South Dakota State out just yet.
