LOOK: Adidas unveils its March Madness postseason uniform collection
The three stripe brand will be well represented by several title contenders
Adidas unveiled its new “Create Yours” men’s collection on Monday, just in time for the teams representing the three stripe brand to knock the dust off them for conference tournaments. The line, which includes new tops, shorts, shoes and socks will be worn by teams representing Adidas. That includes Arizona State, Indiana, Kansas, Louisville, Texas A&M, Miami, Mississippi State, NC State and Nebraska. Here’s a look:
Barring unexpected conference runs, this slick gear may not get much postseason viewing. Of that loaded group of teams, only three -- Miami, Kansas, and Louisville -- are currently projected in the NCAA Tournament field by our Jerry Palm.
The good news for Adidas is that Kansas and Louisville may be able to flaunt these new threads in front of a lot of March Madness viewers. According to Vegas Insiders, the Jayhawks have the best odds of winning the national title at 13-to-2 (tied with North Carolina), and Louisville’s 17-to-1 odds rank among the top 10 nationally.
