Louisville lands Damion Lee
The 6-foot-6 guard averaged 21.4 points per game at Drexel this past season.
Drexel transfer Damion Lee announced Thursday that he's enrolling at Louisville.
The 6-foot-6 guard subsequently tweeted this:
Lee averaged 21.4 points and 6.1 rebounds this past season while shooting 38.5 percent from 3-point range. The Baltimore native has never averaged fewer than 13.0 points at the Division I level. He has one year of eligibility remaining and will be eligible next season.
"Damion fiils a big void for us," said Louisville coach Rick Pitino.
Lee was also considering Arizona, Gonzaga, Marquette and Maryland.
