Louisville PG Chris Jones out for 3-5 weeks with leg injury
He should be fine in time for the start of the season, at least.
Louisville starting point guard Chris Jones will be on the shelf until at least the end of the month due to a left leg injury.
Louisville men's basketball spokesman Kenny Klein sent out news of the injury Thursday afternoon.

Jones is part of a backcourt that could be among the best in the nation next season. Yes, even with the departure of all-timer Russ Smith, Louisville's combo of Jones and Terry Rozier -- who is coming off a standout performance at last week's Adidas Nations event in California -- should keep Louisville in the top 25 for most of next season.
(Montrezl Harrell is also a factor in this, yes.)
Jones averaged 10.2 points, 2.9 assists and 2.3 rebounds in 2013-14. He transferred to Louisville 23 months ago after rising to prominence as an elite JUCO player at Northwest Florida.
