Penn State adds big man Julian Moore

With the Penn State football program on shaky ground with many of its commitments and targets, the basketball program made an addition on Friday evening.
Julian Moore, a 6-foot-10 big man out of Germany Academy (Pa.), committed to the Nittany Lions, per a source.
Moore chose Penn State over James Madison, VCU, Duquesne and several others. He has had an impressive summer session with the We-R1 AAU program.
Moore is Penn State’s second commitment for the class of 2013, joining guard Geno Thorpe. Top-75 prospect Brandon Austin decommitted last week.
