Pretty straightforward artistic pick, I'd say.

With new coach Bobby Hurley set to take over the program, the University of Buffalo is making an upgrade to its basketball floor as well. On Wednesday, the university released this photo of the new court concept, adding, "As we continue to build on the potential that UB has on a local, regional and national level, this new court design will not only protect the past, but also embrace the tremendous opportunities that New York State provides our institution." That according to Buffalo athletic director Danny White.

Interesting choice to make "NEW YORK" clearly bigger than "Buffalo," though.

The school says the work on the court has already begun and will be finished in the next couple of weeks. The Bulls went 14-20 last season and haven't made an NCAA tournament in program history.
