Report: Bradley fires coach Geno Ford
Bradley has reportedly decided to part ways with embattled coach Geno Ford after four seasons with the school.
Bradley has reportedly fired its coach Geno Ford, according to ESPN. Ford came under scrutiny in January when an Ohio appeals court upheld its decision that he violated his contract with Kent State in 2011.
Ford accepted the position at Bradley while still under contract with Kent State. The school claimed Ford breached his contract and sued him for $1.2 million.
Ford posted a 9-24 record this season, going just 3-15 in the Missouri Valley Conference. He amassed a 46-86 overall record and 19-53 record in conference over his four seasons. He went above .500 just once.
