Shaq's son, Shareef O'Neal, receives offer from USC
Shareef O'Neal, a freshman from Los Angeles, received a scholarship offer from USC.
Shareef O'Neal, the son of NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal, received what will likely be the first of several Division I scholarship offers this week. According to O'Neal's Twitter account, USC was the first school to offer the high school freshman, currently playing at Windward School in Los Angeles.
247Sports has O'Neal, a member of the Class of 2018, listed at 6-8, 190 pounds. With three years until high school graduation, the son of Shaq has not even received an official rating from the recruiting service but already looks like a star in the making.
