Who's Playing

Albany @ No. 13 Kentucky

Current Records: Albany 0-4; Kentucky 3-1

What to Know

The Albany Great Danes are staying on the road Monday to face off against the #13 Kentucky Wildcats at 7 p.m. ET Nov. 22 at Rupp Arena at Central Bank Center. The Wildcats will be strutting in after a victory while Albany will be stumbling in from a defeat.

Albany received a tough blow this past Saturday as they fell 77-64 to the Eastern Kentucky Colonels.

Meanwhile, UK strolled past the Ohio Bobcats with points to spare this past Friday, taking the matchup 77-59. UK got double-digit scores from four players: forward Keion Brooks Jr. (22), guard Tyty Washington Jr. (20), guard Davion Mintz (12), and guard Sahvir Wheeler (11). Davion Mintz's performance made up for a slower game against the Mount St. Mary's Mountaineers last week.

Albany have to know they'll be fighting an uphill battle given the 27 point spread they are up against. Those betting on them against the spread shouldn't have high expectations for them since the team is 1-3 ATS when expected to lose.

The Great Danes are now 0-4 while the Wildcats sit at 3-1. A pair of stats to keep an eye on: Albany is 29th worst in college basketball in turnovers per game, with 16.5 on average. UK has experienced some struggles of their own as they are stumbling into the contest with the 27th fewest takeaways in college basketball, having accrued only 11 on average. It's possible one of these Achilles' heels will wind up tripping the losing team up.
