I keep watching what Dillon Brooks did in Salt Lake City on Thursday night, and I want to say this has to be some sort of anticipatory backfire. A spasm of sorts. A full-body dry heave set to basketball.
But in the end, I can't help but think that this is, without debate, one of the five most embarrassing and ridiculous flops I've ever seen in a college basketball game. It's a flop on top of a flop. It's the first time I ever tried to ice skate.
I mean, punt this stuff into the sun -- or at least keep it where it belongs: on a soccer field. Dillon, what were you doing?
Even Marcus Smart will eventually see the video above and most likely say, "Come on. That is shameful."
No. 10 Oregon got out of Salt Lake City with a 73-67 win over Utah. Brooks leaves with a lowlight that will trail him for years to come. Oregon has now won 17 straight games, the longest streak in program history.
