On the heels of a sweep of Florida in the first SEC series of the season, Auburn baseball is ranked No. 20 in the Top 25 and No. 24 in the USA Today coaches poll released on Monday.

The Tigers beat the then-No. 5 Gatos 14-3, 2-1 and 6-5 to earn the sweep at Plainsman Park and improve their record to 17-5. They play at Georgia Tech on Tuesday and in a three-game series at Georgia starting Friday.

Auburn earned the sweep Sunday when Jonah Todd put down a bunt with runners on first and second and nobody out in the bottom of the ninth. Pinch-runner J.J. Shaffer scored the walk-off run when pitcher Frank Rubio threw wildly to first base.
