Cincinnati QB Munchie Legaux carted off field with leg injury
Cincinnati quarterback Munchie Legaux had to be carted off the field following an injury to his leg.
Legaux was hit by two members of the Illinois defense after throwing a pass, and while we won't speculate on the injury itself, it appears Legaux suffered a significant injury of some kind to his left leg.
Players and coaches from both teams quickly came onto the field to check on Legaux, and he was then placed on a cart and taken off the field. From there he was placed in an ambulance and taken to a nearby hospital.
Legaux, a senior, had thrown for 236 yards and rushed for 53 yards before suffering the injury.
