Gallman joins Deshaun Watson and a host of others expected to declare from the national champion Tigers.
In three seasons as Clemson's primary ballcarrier, Gallman finished with 3,416 yards on the ground and 34 touchdowns. Also a weapon out of the backfield, Gallman managed 66 catches for 486 yards and two scores.
Most scouts have given Gallman an early-round grade.
