Coaches Poll top 25: Florida State falls to No. 9, impressive Penn State jumps USC
Alabama remains the top team in the nation, and Michigan moved into the top 10
It's a fast turnaround from the five-day opening weekend to a Week 2 that's loaded with intriguing matchups. Instead of the usual Sunday release, the new Coaches Poll college football rankings came on Tuesday.
Alabama remained ranked No. 1 and Florida State dropped down six spots to No. 9 after the loss to the Tide. Florida took the biggest tumble of any team, falling eight spots to No. 24 after losing to Michigan.
