The top of the new Coaches Poll has a refreshed look after a Week 4 that saw five teams ranked in last week's college football rankings take losses. And while the weekend went poorly for teams like Texas A&M and Clemson, the rankings reflect a surge of confidence in teams like Arkansas, up to No. 11 after its 20-10 win against the Aggies, and Notre Dame, up to No. 7 after beating Wisconsin.

The seven-spot move for the Razorbacks was not the biggest adjustment in this week's Coaches Poll, which saw three teams drop out of the top 25 but the top four remain mostly in order. Alabama is still No. 1 followed by Georgia at No. 2, and while Oklahoma held a narrow edge over Oregon for No. 3 last week, a 16-13 defensive battle with West Virginia saw the Ducks jump ahead of the Sooners. Iowa, Penn State, Notre Dame, Cincinnati, Florida and Ohio State round out the top 10.

Texas A&M fell from No. 5 to No. 13 after the loss to the Razorbacks, and Clemson dropped all the way from No. 7 to No. 19 after its double-overtime loss at NC State. Losses bounced Iowa State, Wisconsin and North Carolina from the top 25 entirely, opening the door for a trio of 4-0 squads -- Kentucky, Baylor and Wake Forest -- to make their 2021 Coaches Poll debuts.
