The ACC looks to be turning into a three-team competition between No. 1 Clemson, No. 4 Notre Dame and No. 5 North Carolina. All three are favored by at least two scores in Week 7. The latest Week 7 college football odds from William Hill list the Tigers as 27-point road favorites against Georgia Tech, the Irish at -16.5 at home against Louisville and the Tar Heels at -13.5 at Florida State.

Should you target one of those games in your week 7 college football bets? Or are you better off looking for value elsewhere such as the huge 8 p.m. ET matchup between No. 2 Alabama and No. 3 Georgia (+5) on CBS? Top Week 7 college football expert predictions

One of Sallee's top college football picks for Week 7: He's going under (75 at William Hill) on the total in the 3:30 p.m. ET matchup between Ole Miss and Arkansas at Razorback Stadium. This is the highest total of the week, and it has actually come down after opening at 76.5.

Despite all the hype surrounding the Ole Miss offense, Sallee thinks this total too high. Arkansas is averaging fewer than 20 points per game. And the Razorbacks don't want this to be a shootout, so Sallee is expecting them to lean on their ground game to milk the clock and limit possessions.

The Razorbacks were able to figure out Mike Leach's offense a couple weeks ago, holding Mississippi State to just 14 points in that 21-14 win that stayed significantly under the total of 69. Sallee believes Arkansas will be able to limit Lane Kiffin's offense enough to keep this one under the total as well.
