National champions, Super Bowl champions and dozens of future Pro Bowlers make up the list of 78 players named to the official ballot for the College Football Hall of Fame 2021 class.

The National Football Foundation announced the the list on Tuesday and emailed ballots to its more than 12,000 members, who will have an opportunity to vote on the class over the next week. Among the names for member consideration include Ray Lewis, Champ Bailey, Sebastian Janikowski, current UCF head coach Josh Huepel (as a player) and his former head coach, Bob Stoops.

In order to be considered for the Hall of Fame as a player, that player must have received first-team All-America honors and be at least 10 full seasons, but no more than 50 years, from the conclusion of his collegiate career. A total of 1,027 players have been inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame, which the National Football Foundation estimates is less than 0.02% of the athletes who have played the game since the sport was founded in 1869.

Coaches become eligible three full seasons after their retirement (or immediately following retirement if he is at least 70 years old). As a coach, consideration requires at least 10 years of head coaching experience with a minimum .600 winning percentage across a minimum of 100 games coached. This makes 2021 the first year that Stoops, with a .798 winning percentage in his 18 years leading the Sooners, is eligible for Hall of Fame consideration.

Check out the full list of players and coaches on the 2021 College Football Hall of Fame ballot below. After membership voting, a council will screen and narrow the list before the class is revealed in early 2021 at a time and date to be announced later.
