Ice Bucket Challenge videos: Saban, Spurrier, Kingsbury, more
Here's the latest batch of ice bucket challenge videos starring FBS coaches.
Two more SEC coaches took the plunge to continue raising ALS awareness and donations to ALS charities Tuesday, with Steve Spurrier and his summertime barb target Nick Saban both getting in on the act. In fact, Spurrier issued the challenge to Saban, unaware that the entire Alabama team had taken the challenge earlier in the day.
Here's Spurrier, who also challenged Kevin Sumlin and Bob Stoops:
And here's Saban -- who challenged his friend Joe Manchin (the West Virginia senator), Will Muschamp, Paul Finebaum, and Mark Ingram -- and the Tide:
Big Ten commissioner Jim Delany did his part, in response to a challenge from none other than Pac-12 commissioner Larry Scott:
The most stylish recent ice bucket challenge video naturally belongs to Kliff Kingsbury, who challenged Beyonce (!) via the use of his own custom t-shirt (!!) before the entire team was doused by crane hoses (!!!):
Of course Bo Pelini is worth watching -- and it's also worth watching to see how and when Pelini's challenge of his popular (and anonymous) Twitter doppelganger @FauxPelini takes place:
And lastly, as a kind of antidote to the enjoyable spectacle of those videos, here's the just-as-enjoyable anti-spectacle of former Kentucky coach Rich Brooks, dumping a bucket of ice water on his head on his back porch after being challenged by former Wildcat star and current Green Bay Packer Randall Cobb:
It looks like Jennings is slowly making his way back to the Vols after being dismissed last...
