Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh's health and nutrition advice is hard-nosed, old school and meaty ... so basically, it's exactly what you would expect from Jim Harbaugh. 

Harbaugh had some fun on his weekly radio show discussing his love for steak and its importance in his health routine, even referring to the red meat as "a vitamin."

"I take a vitamin every day," Harbaugh said, via MLive.com. "It's called a steak."

Harbaugh proceeded to detail the "natural steriods" of life. He listed them in order: 


1. Sleep

2. "Milk, whole milk"

3. Water

4. Steak
