Louisville have been struggling to pick up a victory, with their game against Wake Forest on Saturday making it five winless games in a row. Louisville proved to be too much for Wake Forest, winning handily 35-56. It was supposed to be a close contest, and Louisville were supposed to come out on top, but neither of those things ended up happening.
The defeat dropped Louisville's record to 2-6. The win got Wake Forest back to even at 4-4.
Next week Louisville will take on Clemson at 12:00 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, Louisville and Clemson will really light up the scoreboard. As for Wake Forest, they will face off against Syracuse. Wake Forest's defense better steel itself: Syracuse are averaging 42.57 points per game.
