Offensive tackle Clay Rhodes commits to Missouri
Stilwell (Kan.) offensive lineman Clay Rhodes wanted to be sure of his decision but when he was, he had no problem pulling the trigger in person and committing to Missouri on Wednesday.
"I'm committed, a hundred percent," Rhodes told PowerMizzou.com. "That's what the word means, and I'm done."
The 6-foot-6, 270-pounder also held offers from Iowa State, Oklahoma State and both in-state schools among others. Rhodes is good friends with current Mizzou commit Trent Hosick and will do his best to get others on board with the Tigers.
"I have a few guys that I'm going to contact," Rhodes said. "I'm going to send help, be supportive, and hopefully they'll choose Mizzou."
Rhodes gives the Tigers a total of 10 commits for the class of 2013 and becomes the third offensive lineman set to head to Columbia.
