PHOTO: ECU uses billboard to claim ownership of North Carolina
After East Carolina beat North Carolina State on Saturday somebody didn't waste any time putting up a billboard to let everyone know who owns the state of North Carolina.
Earlier this season East Carolina beat North Carolina 55-31, and on Saturday the Pirates beat North Carolina State 42-28. Both wins came on the road, which means that East Carolina is only a win over Duke away from being the world champion of North Carolina.
Unfortunately, unless the two meet in a bowl game, that matchup isn't going to happen, but the good news is that didn't stop somebody from claiming ownership of the state for the Pirates on Saturday.
That's quality trolling right there.
