PHOTO: Texas A&M fan has a hornless Bevo as his groom's cake
They might not play anymore, but the hate remains between Texas and Texas A&M.
Texas and Texas A&M are no longer in the same conference and might not play again without government interference, but that doesn't mean there's been any love lost between the two schools since the split.
Make no mistake about it, Longhorns and Aggies still don't get along, and the rivalry even extends to wedding cakes.
That is a photo of a groom's cake in the wedding of a man who happens to be a Texas A&M fan. You'll notice that poor Cake Bevo -- I bet real Bevo tastes better than Cake Bevo -- has been de-horned.
Also, note the Texas Tech cow pie on the "ground" behind Bevo. It's a nice touch.
Of course, while this isn't a nice thing to do to Bevo, it's also not the worst thing we've seen done to the cake forms of college football mascots here at Eye On College Football.
We refer you to this cake at a Georgia Tech wedding last summer. Poor Cake Uga.
