PHOTO: Tulane's helmet for the New Orleans Bowl
Tulane's in a bowl game for the first time in over a decade, so it's busting out some new helmets.
Tulane is taking on Louisiana-Lafayette in the New Orleans Bowl on Saturday night, marking the first time that Tulane has played in a bowl game since the 2002 Hawaii Bowl when it beat Hawaii 36-28.
And since it's such a special occasion for the Green Wave, it only makes sense that the school bust out some special new helmets.
What do you think? Personally I like them. Nothing too flashy, but the green wave stripes on the top are a nice touch.
