Nick Saban has no plans of leaving Alabama , but according to his wife, Terry, Crimson Tide fans are beginning to lack appreciation for his winning ways.

Terry Saban opened up about life as the wife of a BCS title-winning coach and Saban's interest in Texas during a profile for the Wall Street Journal. The most important news for Alabama fans was to hear Terry's definitive response to the reports of house hunting in Austin.

"We're staying," Saban told the WSJ. "We're not going anywhere."

That statement of commitment was also paired with a quiet shot at the Alabama fan base. Nick Saban has criticized the fans this season for leaving the game early, and empty seats have been an issue in the student section. With expectations set higher than ever, Terry Saban believes there is a "lack of appreciation" from the Crimson Tide fans.

The first couple of Alabama football may be standing on top of the world, but it isn't necessarily thrilled by the view. "You come to a crossroads and the expectations get so great, people get spoiled by success and there gets to be a lack of appreciation," Terry Saban said in an interview last week. "We're kind of there now."

No surprise, but Nick Saban declined an interview for the profile.

Alabama travels to Auburn on Saturday for an Iron Bowl that, regardless of outcome, will be remembered for quite some time. The Tide need a win to continue a path towards a third-straight BCS title and Auburn has the opportunity to cap a miraculous turnaround under Gus Malzahn with an SEC West title. The game, shown on CBS and here on CBSSports.com, will kick off at 3:30 p.m. ET (2:30 p.m. CT).
