VIDEO: Brett McMurphy on possible BCS changes
The BCS commissioners met in Dallas this week to discuss possible postseason changes, Brett McMurphy joins Tim Brando to discuss the difficulties in agreeing on a system.
The BCS commissioners met this week in Dallas to continue the discussion regarding the future of the college football postseason. While it seems we are headed towards some type of playoff or "plus-one" system to determine the National Champion, CBSSports.com's Brett McMurphy says that there are still plenty of hard decisions to be made regarding the specifics.
Brett joined Tim Brando on the Tim Brando Show to break down some of those difficult decisions, and profile the players involved. One example is whether or not a conference runner-up will be eligible to participate in a potential four-team playoff. The decision to include or not include runners-up is obviously a big concern for SEC commissioner Mike Slive, among others.
