VIDEO: Jameis Winston takes ALS ice bucket challenge
The ALS ice bucket challenge has gone completely viral, with Jameis Winston the latest college football star to take the plunge.
Since we last checked in Frank Beamer and the other college football coaches taking part in the ALS "Ice Bucket Challenge" -- the social media sensation in which participants are doused in ice-cold water to raise awareness of ALS, or Lou Gehrig's disease, before challenging someone else to either do the same or donate to ALS charities -- the campaign has gone nationally viral, with everyone from Coach K to Justin Timberlake doing their part.
And now the reigning Heisman Trophy winner has gotten in on the act. From the official Florida State Twitter account, Jameis Winston's ice bucket challenge:
As with any of these videos, it's the expression on Winston's face as the water hits that makes it. This probably isn't the last of these videos where the Seminoles are concerned -- Winston passed the challenge onto his head coach, Jimbo Fisher.
That's fun, but we also have to applaud the Colorado Buffaloes social media team for setting their ice bucket challenge sights as high as they'll possibly go:
