VIDEO: Paul Rhoads criticizes Big 12 officials after loss to Texas
Paul Rhoads was unhappy that the Big 12 officials did not rule in favor of two apparent Texas fumbles before Case McCoy's game-winning touchdown.
Iowa State coach Paul Rhoads was not happy with the calls down the stretch of the Cyclones' 31-30 loss to Texas on Thursday night. Case McCoy's game-winning touchdown run from one yard out came after two rulings broke the Longhorns' way. Twice Texas running back Johnathan Gray lost control of the ball after getting stopped short of the goal line, and twice the officials ruled Gray down by contact.
"I'm sure [the Big 12 office] will review this," Rhoads said of the Longhorns' game-winning series. "I'm sure they will come forward with that they feel should have been the call."
