VIDEO: Students kick field goals at Illinois spring practice
So this looks (and sounds) fun.
Maybe it's better if you don't have any context for this video before watching it, and just imagine that it's playing out as a fantasy in the mind of some random Illinois student fan:
But if you want a little background, fine: it was student appreciation day at Illinois' spring camp, with practice open and free pizza for those in attendance, and three Illini students were picked out of the crowd to attempt a short (short) field goal.
That would have been fun in and of itself. That all three of the students hit their field goal was even more fun. That the Illini treated the students like they'd each kicked a game-winner was even more fun than that. And the triumphant music used to score the scene in the video above makes it the most fun of all.
