Over the course of football history we have seen plenty of quarterbacks get annihilated by a blitzing defender. Normally these vicious hits come from the quarterback's blind side, where he can't see it coming.
Apparently Duke quarterback David Jones' blind side covers 360 degrees, which causes him to flip 360 degrees. Just watch.
Is saying Jones was destroyed by Virginia linebacker Jordan Mack even a fair description of what happened here? Does the English language even have a word for "hit so damn hard he did a 360?" We need to come up with a word for that, and since Jordan Mack delivered the hit, I think we should reward him for it.
Jones got macked. He got macked so hard that he should just be grateful his head is still attached to his body, because that was a macking like we've never seen before.
