Today's watch list covers everybody's favorite position: quarterback.

The Davey O'Brien Foundation released the preseason watch list for the Davey O'Brien Award, which is presented annually to the best quarterback in college football. Last year's winner was Jameis Winston, and as you would expect, he's back on the list again this season with 38 other quarterbacks.

Unlike most watch lists, this one isn't dominated by the SEC, as the Pac-12 leads the way with eight quarterbacks on the list. The SEC is tied with the Big Ten and Big 12 with five quarterbacks listed.
