Update: Bradley Chubb released a statement through NC State's Twitter account after the game to apologize for what he did on the field at Doak Campbell Stadium. "I want to apologize for my actions after the game today," he said. "I let my emotions get the best of me. I have the utmost respect for Coach [Jimbo] Fisher and Florida State."
Original story
NC State defensive end Bradley Chubb was a superstar on Saturday during the Woflpack's 27-21 upset win at Florida State. Chubb finished with two sacks, two tackles for loss and a forced fumble, and he spent the entire game dominating his matchups against Florida State's offensive line and applying pressure to Seminoles quarterback James Blackman.
But that may not be what he's remembered for when it comes to his performance Saturday. After the game, Chubb added insult to injury from his dominant performance by walking to the middle of the field and spitting on Florida State's logo.

If Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield felt the need to apologize for planting a flag on Ohio State's logo a few weeks ago, what is Chubb's obvious upcoming apology going to be like for this?
Chubb's on-field performance was not a total surprise on Saturday. He is expected to be a top NFL Draft pick in 2018 and is arguably the best player on NC State's roster, and in a game with plenty of future NFL talent, he was the most impressive player on the field ... until after the final whistle.
