WATCH: Tennessee Dept. of Transportation is just as 'hyped' as Lane Kiffin
Lane Kiffin's hype video is fresh material to the people in Tennessee
You know what they say: You've never truly made it in this world until you've been the subject of a parody video by the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
So congrats, Lane Kiffin.
The first-year coach at Florida Atlantic was, shall we say, slightly lampooned for the lack of energy in a hype video FAU put out ahead of National Signing Day. Of course, it is Kiffin. And with there being no love lost between Kiffin and the state of Tennessee -- Kiffin coached Tennessee for one season in 2009 before leaving for the same job at USC -- it seemed like only a matter of time before something like this happened.
So here it is: The Tennessee Department of Transportation doing a pretty spot-on parody of Kiffin's FAU hype video by flexing their logistical muscles in the wake of wintry conditions.
As for the original video, the tweet containing it has been deleted. We all know, however, the internet never forgets.
