The Wolverines hope to bounce back after their loss to Texas

No. 17 Michigan will host the Arkansas State in the Big House this Saturday. After getting thumped by No. 2 Texas last weekend, the Wolverines will be looking to bounce back against the Red Wolves.
Michigan is still licking its wounds after a 31-12 home loss to the Longhorns last weekend, which snapped a 16-game winning streak for the program. For the second weekend in a row, the offense struggled to get in gear and finished the day with just 284 yards and three turnovers. Michigan's run game, which dominated opponents last season, averaged just 3.5 yards per carry.
To make matters worse, quarterback Davis Warren has struggled through the air, throwing for 322 yards, two scores and three picks thus far.
The good news for the Wolverines is that they should be able to handle their business without breaking a sweat against Arkansas State. The Red Wolves are 2-0 this season, but those victories have come by a combined seven points against underwhelming competition.
Arkansas State does have an intriguing weapon in quarterback Jaylen Raynor, who has started his season with 572 yards passing, 122 yards rushing and five total touchdowns. The Red Wolves will need his dual-threat ability to be in full effect if they want to upset the Wolverines.
