Winston, Donald lead CBSSports.com College Football All-America team
Quarterback Jameis Winston of Florida State and defensive lineman Aaron Donald of Pittsburgh headline the CBSSports.com College Football All-America team. The SEC and Pac-12 tied with the most players on the first team with seven players each.
Quarterback Jameis Winston of Florida State and defensive lineman Aaron Donald of Pittsburgh headline the CBSSports.com College Football All-America team.
Winston, the Heisman Trophy winner who has led Florida State to a No. 1 ranking and berth in the BCS Championship Game, is also the CBSSports.com Offensive Player of the Year while Donald adds CBSSports.com Defensive Player of the Year honors to a lineup that includes the Bronko Nagurski Trophy, the Lombardi Award, the Bednarik Award and the Outland Trophy.
The SEC and Pac-12 tied with the most players on the first team with seven players each. The ACC was next with six players, including three from Florida State.
Four players were unanimous first-team selections -- Winston, Donald, Texas A&M's Mike Evans and Missouri's Michael Sam.
The team was selected by staff and writers from CBSSports.com, along with TV and radio personalities from CBS Sports.
