Wyoming's Dave Christensen fined, suspended for outburst
The Wyoming coach went off on Air Force's Troy Calhoun following their game on Oct. 13.
As we documented here at Eye On College Football last week, Wyoming coach Dave Christensen went off on Air Force coach Troy Calhoun following the Cowboys' 28-27 loss on Oct. 13. And we mean he went off.
You don't call a man "Howdy Doody" unless you mean it.
The entire incident was caught on video. It now has led to Christensen being fined and suspended.
Assistant Pete Kaligis will coach Wyoming this week against Boise State with Christensen being reinstated on Sunday.
Now, if you would like to see how Christensen earned his suspension and fine, here's the video of the incident, but we warn includes a heavy, heavy dose of not-safe-for-work language.
