DELAND, Fla. (AP) - On a night when the two teams combined for 48 turnovers and 46 personal fouls, Stetson rallied for an unsightly 65-60 victory over Bethune-Cookman Friday night in Casey Alexander's debut as the Hatters' coach.

Stetson had 19 turnovers by halftime, 29 by game's end. Despite hitting just 4 of 19 shots from 3-point range, Bethune-Cookman held a 54-50 lead with 3:35 left. That's when Stetson went on a decisive 8-0 run. It began with a 3-pointer by Joel Narburgs and was capped by a three-point play by Chris Perez.

Still, the victory was not secure until Aaron Graham's 3-point basket put the Hatters up by four with 1:18 to play. Graham finished with a double-double, 12 points and 10 rebounds. Perez and Adam Pegg added 14 points apiece.

For Bethune-Cookman, Anthony Breeze also had a double-double, finishing with 18 points and 15 rebounds.
