  • He was a McDonald's All-American as a high school player, and became a role player at North Carolina ??? before really boosting his stock during his junior season with the Tar Heels. Once Roy Williams went to a smaller lineup, Bullock was able to show his wide range of skills. Williams commented after the season that he didn't think Bullock should have gone pro, but Bullock's stock is high enough that he could sneak into the latter part of the first round. -- Jeff Borzello
  • Bullock created matchup problems with his ability to make shots from the perimeter and stretch a defense. He moves well without the ball, with or without screens. He is also very athletic and loves to get out and finish at the rim in transition. Defensively, Bullock showed the ability to guard multiple positions, and he crashes the glass. -- Jeff Borzello
  • In order to truly be a consistent offensive threat, Bullock has to be more effective at taking his defenders off the dribble. He doesn't have great ball-handling ability, and he doesn't create his own shot. Defenders with similar length can crowd him, and it remains to be seen if he has the first step to get by them. Quickness could be a concern. -- Jeff Borzello
