Vertical Wingspan Draft Range
-- -- Late first round
  • While Adetokunbo's family is originally from Nigeria, he was born in Greece. He hasn't yet suited up for the national team (at any level), but is an extremely intriguing prospect due to his size, skillset and length. Moreover, he is still growing. Already at 6-foot-9, reports state that he has grown three inches in the past year. Because he is only 18, his growth might not be done just yet. Because of his enormous ceiling, Adetokunbo is one to keep an eye on. -- Jeff Borzello
  • More of a point forward than anything, Adetokunbo has the ability to be a matchup nightmare. He has a 7-foot-3 wingspan with huge hands, and is extremely versatile. For someone his size, he's a very good ball-handler and passer, and has shown the ability to run the break. He has huge strides and is very smooth with the ball in his hands. Adetokunbo gets to the rim with ease. Defensively, he guards multiple positions and can block shots. -- Jeff Borzello
  • The most obvious thing when watching Adetokunbo is his lack of muscle and strength. He simply doesn't look ready for the physicality of the NBA. The biggest knock on his offensive game seems to be his shooting ability from the perimeter. He has very little lift on his jumper and shoots it from his waist. It's not a quick release. Moreover, what position does he play at the next level? Scouts also question his competition level in Europe. -- Jeff Borzello
