Draft Prospect Outlook:

Multi-faceted defensive back with experience at safety and cornerback. Will make his presence felt in run support. Rarely hesitates in that area. Looks for the bit hit often but is still a reliable tackler. Lacks the fluid hips to run with faster wideouts down the field. Doesn't have great long speed.

College Recap:

After earning first-team All-State honors for his senior year at Eufaula (Ala.) High School, Neal redshirted in 2014 before recording 32 total tackles as a redshirt freshman, including 10 tackles in a playoff matchup against Sam Houston State.
