Draft Prospect Outlook:

Robert Williams is a modern-day big man defined. He defends the rim at a high level, as evidenced by his 2.5 blocks per contest at Texas A&M, and he finishes anything and everything around the rim -- throw him a lob and he's hammering it into the basket. He's not a great scorer, and he'll need to improve his offensive skillset at the next level, but for what he does he will have plenty of value immediately in the NBA

College Recap:

• Passed up on the 2017 NBA Draft despite being SEC Defensive Player of the Year as a freshman.

• Played on a loaded Houston Hoops AAU team alongside players such as De'Aaron Fox and Carsen Edwards.

• Has a 7-foot-4 wingspan and reportedly has a vertical leap of greater than 40 inches, though no official measurement has been released.
