Adell went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run in Wednesday's loss to the Padres.
The 22-year-old took Daniel Hudson deep in the eighth inning for his fourth homer of the campaign. Though his batting average sits at a modest .250, Adell has been improving at the plate, slashing .450/.500/.900 with three homers, eight RBI and a stolen base over his current six-game hitting streak.
