Aguilar was returned to Double-A Rocket City on Monday.
Aguilar served as a replacement player during the Angels' weekend series in Toronto and went 2-for-11 with a double, two runs, two walks and six strikeouts over three games against the Blue Jays. However, he'll head back to the minors after Taylor Ward (personal) was reinstated from the restricted list Monday.
