McCormick went 1-for-4 with a solo home run Sunday in the Astros' 7-6 win over the Diamondbacks.
Jose Siri and McCormick delivered back-to-back jacks in the eighth inning, with the latter's blast allowing Houston to reclaim the lead. McCormick finished the weekend with two starts in a row, but both he and Siri will see their playing time take a hit if Michael Brantley (knee) is able to make it back from the injured list later this week.
