Ryu (14-10) allowed two runs on six hits and a walk over five innings Sunday, striking out seven and earning a win over Baltimore.

Ryu coughed up a solo homer to Tyler Nevin in the third inning and later allowed another run on a groundout by Ryan Mountcastle in the fifth. It was his longest outing since Sep. 6 after he was crushed for 15 runs in 8.2 innings over his last three appearances. The veteran southpaw recorded a 4.37 ERA and a143:37 K:BB through 169 innings this season.
