Kiermaier was removed from Sunday's game against the Rangers after colliding with the wall in the outfield, Ben Nicholson-Smith of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Kiermaier suffered the injury during the top of the sixth inning and initially remained in the contest, but he was lifted in the bottom of the frame after he recorded a two-out single. The veteran outfielder should be considered day-to-day until more information is available.
