Brach was released by the Mets on Tuesday, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.
Brach will have to search for a new team after passing through waivers unclaimed. Heading into his age-35 season having produced ERAs well above 5.00 in each of the last two years, he'll presumably be stuck auditioning for a minor-league deal.
