Kratz is out of the lineup versus the Rockies in Game 1 of the NLDS on Thursday.
Manny Pina will draw the start behind the plate, catching Brandon Woodruff and batting seventh in the order. The two backstops have been rotating regularly as of late, though Kratz started nine of the last 15 regular season games.
