Nootbaar isn't in St. Louis' lineup for Saturday's game against Cleveland.
The lefty-hitting Nootbaar will step out of the lineup Saturday with southpaw Matthew Boyd scheduled to take the mound for the Guardians. Brendan Donovan will move out to left field in Nootbaar's stead, opening up second base for Thomas Saggese.
